This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for orders placed through the eyja.studio website. This policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If the 30‑day period has passed since the purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Right of withdrawal – 14 days

If you are a consumer buying for personal, family, or household use, you have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. You must clearly inform us of your withdrawal (by email) within 14 days of delivery, and return the goods within 14 days of that notice. You may be responsible for shipping costs to return the item. We will reimburse you the full amount paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Refund conditions

If the 14‑day withdrawal period has passed (or you are not a consumer), a refund can be granted only if:

• The product is defective (physically damaged).
• The product is not as described (e.g., wrong item, incorrect size, damaged print).

All returned products will be inspected. If the item does not meet these criteria, or shows excessive use or customer‑caused damage, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

A refund can only be processed if you provide proof of purchase (order confirmation e‑mail, invoice, or receipt).
Without this, we will not issue a refund.

Returning the goods

To return an order, you must contact us first.

Limitations

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
• Custom‑made products or items that cannot reasonably be resold (e.g., opened or used) may not be eligible for refund.
